Thanks for reading the November Tarotscope. In addition to knowing your Sun Sign, knowing your Moon and Rising sign is useful for a more in-depth reading. This can be found out by knowing the time and place of your birth. Sites like Astrodienst and Astrology.com offer free birth charts. Once these are known read the corresponding Astrological sign reading.

Hope everyone has a nice Halloween (Samhain) October 30th or Beltaine for those in the Southern Hemisphere.

There are two planets in Retrograde for October (Neptune and Uranus) as well as Chiron in Reverse in Pisces.  Neptune starts to move forward November 22nd so only one planet will be in reverse then before Mercury goes retrograde in December.

Neptune Retrograde June 16 2017 at 16° Pisces and ends on 22 November 2017 at 11° Pisces

http://astrologyking.com/neptune-retrograde/

During this retrograde, especially for those with a Neptune retrograde in the natal chart, it is a time associated with Karmic repercussions and soul growth.  This planet’s retrograde is also associated with pandemic illnesses (from the time of the full moon on the 9th of June) and personal emotional torture such as gossip, scandal, and slander as well as religious persecution.  It is important to take extra precautions for personal hygiene and protecting oneself in social situations. A Neptune retrograde when combined with the Saturn and Pluto retrogrades indicates a time associated with the misuse of power.

Neptune retrogrades are also a time of clearing of illusions to reveal the true state, which can be painful.  During this retrograde it is an ideal time for doing a detox, meditation and Yoga, all things that help strengthen the access to the higher self.  Suspicions may prove to be accurate and second opinions may be needed medically as it is a time of more likely misdiagnosis. It is also recommended to use herbal remedies such as Parsley as well as eating Pomegranates and oranges to strengthen the immune system. (always check for any contraindication when using herbal remedies, especially for medical conditions and when taking other herbal remedies or prescription medications).

Lynn Koiner, another astrologer, also advises the focus is more internal during a Neptune Retrograde which can be beneficial because it makes any outstanding issues easier to see than when Neptune is in direct.  Avoiding stimulants, chemicals and drugs during this time is important as well as avoiding drama triggers that drain energies such as addictive personalities, psychic hot spots and drama queens. She suggests using black tourmaline to protect against negative influences and psychic attacks.

Chiron (Wounded Healer) in Reverse in Pisces from July 1st to December 4th 2017

http://www.evolvingdoor.ca/miscarticles/chiron-in-pisces.htm

During this time wounded people may be drawn to you. It is important to practice self-care during this transit when helping others as you may find it to be extra draining on you. This transit is also associated with great creativity and enlightenment that manifests itself in a healing and fulfilling way.

Knowing where these planets are in your birth chart can help in anticipating which areas of your life might have difficulties. Saturn retrogrades are associated with fated life lessons.

Uranus Retrograde 2017 starts on August 3, 2017 at 28° Aries and stations direct on January 2, 2018 at 24° Aries.

http://astrologyking.com/uranus-retrograde/

During this retrograde internal changes needed in attitude to make external changes desired are favoured.  This transit allows for internal processing needed to make outward changes especially for things associated with more personal freedom.  On a societal level there will be a move away from the far right when Uranus turns forward with more open trading and fairer dealings for the vulnerable and issues associated with a healing focus for mental illness.

Astrolabe does a planet Astroweather transit reading based on the birth chart.
